mywellbeing provides 19 weeks of dedicated information, sent to you by email in bite-size chunks. Each week you will receive either a PDF for you to download / print OR a video to view containing practical information written by talkhealth and medical and professional experts.

Well worth doing. Even if you are unsure. A wide variety of topics with insight into each one.
A very useful programme for all ages, that increased our interests in the subjects raised and dealt in detail with the benefits that can be achieved by participants of all ages. Some of the subjects raised were obviously of more interest than others. The length of the programme was ideal to allow the participants time to absorb each subject and to go back over the relevant parts. The programmes were easy to read. The subjects were varied and covered a vast array of subjects which would be appropriate for all the age groups. They worked alongside the support received from our medical professionals, and were detailed in the description of each subject. Overall a very good programme.
Some information seems to be known by everyone but sometimes you just need to be reminded and pointed out as to where to go if you need more information. Seeing stories of other people helps to make yourself stop being isolated.
I thought it was good and encouraged me to drink water a lot. my confidence has gone up a little which is a start.
