The myIBS support programme have covered everything important to me, yet no one wants to talk about, including my own family, i was able to print and send to family members to help them understand better what I am dealing with.

A brilliant support programme, that makes you aware of all the problems you come across with IBS and how to deal with them. This programme gave me the confidence to seek help from my doctor and with both help from the doctor and this amazing programme, I feel I can control my IBS better.

I was diagnosed with IBS 19 years ago and have had no support from any healthcare professional in this time...they just didn't want to know. This course has taught me a lot about my condition (which is both C and D at times) and has given me pointers which have improved my life! I would recommend it to anyone who has IBS...even if you think you know most things about it (as I did) will get something out of it!

The programme is full of useful and informative information which covers everything from the causes of IBS, the signs to look for and the treatments available to help ease the problem. As the weeks go by the programme builds up into a very comprehensive set of sheets covering all you need to know. Each sheet is laid out with easy to follow information and detailed diagrams explaining what to look for etc. If you suffer from IBS and you want to find out more about it, where to go to get more information and how to deal with it, then I would definitely recommend that you sign up for the programme.

myIBS support programme has been very interesting. The information it provided has helped me understand my condition a lot more. It was helpful and gave me confidence to talk to friends about it. Due to COVID I have been unable to see a GP but I will be going back over the programme to get the info I need to speak to the GP about my condition. Thank you.

The programme covered every aspect of IBS. There were facts and tips about living with it, most I was surprised to find I didn’t know. Also new research has meant I understand more thoroughly how the condition works and how to manage it better.
