It's been incredibly useful, comprehensive, educational, and has helped me immensely, both for now and all my tomorrows too. Thanks very much indeed, I feel far less isolated now too.

At first, I hold my hands up & admit that I thought I would NOT find out anything I didn't already know about my disability! How wrong I was! I have learnt that different things that I have problems with are related to my disability & I have found ways to deal with certain issues due to the programmes.

I have also learnt more in-depth about close family & friends illnesses. I have felt more comfortable giving advice from what I have learnt.

The mywellbeing support programme was very informative. It increased my awareness about several health aspects from mental to physical and sexual. There's a need to pay more attention on my emotional and physical wellbeing in order to improve my mental wellbeing and be an all round well person.

This is a massive support and is given in nice bite size way, so that you can learn more and be able to cope/deal with the problem in a different and better way.

After the mywellbeing support programme, some misconceptions I had have been put to rest as well and the programme has made me aware of different strategies to help me improve my way of life and general well-being (both physical and mental).

It was great to receive individual topics each week so I didn't feel overwhelmed with all the new information. I made use of the details on how to find more information and support concerning some of the topics and I even read and learnt something new about topics I didn't necessarily feel concerned me. I love that you can just take as much or as little information as you want. It is presented in a nice easy way to access and understand. I would definitely recommend this program to others and I'm looking forward to new programs in the future.

The mywellbeing support programme has increased my confidence in being able to speak to my doctor and also the receptionist who I always have problems with. Also I was able to use the information given to go and choose over the counter medication for myself and the family.

I have really enjoyed the mywellbeing support programme as there have been lots of different topics discussed on all different health matters with lots of advice on things to do to improve your health for now and for the future. I enjoyed the topics on sleeping and on stress I also told family members the tips that were given on relevant topics that they are suffering with. All the advice was easy to follow and I hope another support programme with follow this one.

Being on this programme has opened my eyes to how I should be looking after myself. It has improved my wellbeing but most of all it has made me think about what I eat, drink and how much exercise I take.

Although some of the topics covered did not directly impact my health, the information contained was still useful in gaining an understanding of what other people have to deal with. Some of the information contained in topics related to my health explained to members of my family exactly what I have, in language they could understand.  They now have more understanding of my needs to cope with my "illness".

I enjoyed reading about the different aspects of the mywellbeing programme, some of which were relevant to myself directly or about mens' health which also affects me as I learnt a few things about that I didn't know so am able to keep in mind for the future as far as my husband is concerned. There was lots of detailed information that was interesting and would definitely save a visit to the doctors or at least give me more idea of the sort of thing to be asking.

Very interesting topics were covered and quite a few relevant to me and my husband. It was very well presented and very well thought out, the information provided was interesting and in a way that was easy to understand. It encouraged me and my husband to look hard at our lifestyle and completley overhall it. We feel that we learnt an awful lot of things that would hopefully improve are health and gerneral well-being.
