Incorporating Symprove into your daily routine is easy. You just need to take 70ml each day on an empty stomach, wait ten minutes, and then carry on with your day. Symprove is gluten-free, dairy-free, FODMAP-friendly and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Symprove can be stored in a cool, dark place, but once open, should ideally be stored in the fridge.

The taste is quite unique - I tried the Passion Fruit one and it was vile - I didn't enjoy taking it at all and when I swallowed it there was a slight burning in throat and a horrid after taste possibly a change in fFlavour is needed. On the plus side while taking this product I noticed I could have a normal bowel movement like non-IBS sufferers - I've not done that in 4 years so that was a bonus I didn't really notice any less bloating infact my tummy looked larger than usual. I have really enjoyed this trial but please please please sort out the taste.
Easy to use and pleasant flavour.
Symprove mango and passion fruit is a live bacteria product with a pleasant tropical taste. Unlike standard probiotic tablets, Symprove contains live bacteria in a water based solution which means more friendly bacteria survive the transit through the stomach and form gut colonies successfully. I have been taking Symprove every morning for the last 3 months as a means of improving my IBS constipation symptoms. My bowel movements have gone from once every 3-4 days to once a day. This product is also gluten free, dairy free and suitable for vegans. It only takes a cup every morning to feel this good. I would like to see mini sized versions of this product which would be useful when you go on holidays.
Tasted great first thing in the morning and it helped improve my symptoms, so can only recommend trying this product! ;o)
Found the taste very sour. It is easy to take in the morning. No bloated tummy which was great but found I had change in bowel movement bordering on constipation .
Functionally, Symprove dose what it's supposed to do , I've seen a positive effect on bloating and digestion so it's definitely reduced my symptoms and made me feel more comfortable . But the catch , it tastes awful
Easy to use bottle with measuring cup . I found the taste slightly strange and had a slight greasy texture . The taste wasn't very strong and not really like mango although it was acceptable. Maybe a stronger flavour would be better .
I think it is very palatable and I did feel an initial boost when first taking it. However I found it very difficult, due to my lifestyle, to not eat/drink within ten minutes of taking it first thing in a morning. I do struggle though with the cost and the actual consistent benefit it offers.
It’s easy to take and the taste is ok but not delicious. In my case it reduced the cramps, swelling in my abdomen and kept me regular. I found an improvement in my bowel habits and pleased with the product
I have been using this product for 12weeks and have noticed an improvement in my urgency and overall trips to the bathroom. The product is nice tasting but a tad on the sweet side for me. I'm pleased with my progress and would love to see different flavours.
Easy to drink and convenient to have before breakfast. I suffer from constipation and I found with taking this everyday, my bowels were regular, so this lead to me being less bloated than normal. I felt my overall health improved too, as I didn’t feel quite as sluggish. I still suffered some IBS pains, but not as frequent as before.
Great product - my symptoms definitely improved within 4 weeks. After 3 months, I felt 80% happier with my health, so will happily continue using Symprove.
Although I am not a fan of either passionfruit or mango the taste was acceptable especially when very cold straight from the fridge. It is very easy to take and the wait of 10 minutes before eating was very easy to do. I found my IBS syymptoms are a lot better and any bloating etc were more to do with what I ate than anything else, (still learning what causes flare ups). Overall I am very glad I tried Symprove.
The flavour and consistency is great, not too strong but not too weak either, and very refreshing. Great for the first drink in the morning. The measuring cup provided is very useful for an accurate measurement. I noticed an improvement in my IBS symptoms after the first four weeks.
It was ok sometimes as I got to the bottom of the cup it was a bit tangy but other than that it was ok. I didn't think the flavour was that strong but it was acceptable
