VIDEO: TH+ Expert Webinar with Dr Neil Bindemann

Even if you’ve never been on it yourself, you probably know someone who’s given the keto diet a go.

But going low-carb isn’t just about losing body fat. Dr Neil Bindemann believes that following a ketogenic diet can improve brain health. Watch the webinar to find out more!

Watch the webinar here:

The webinar covers:

  • What the ketogenic diet entails
  • How to eat as healthily as possible while being low-carb
  • What role sugar can play in brain health
  • The evidence to support the idea that the ketogenic diet might help slow the growth of certain tumours

Although definitely not suitable for everyone (and one really a healthy option if you stack up on veg and low-fructose fruits), one well-known side effect of ketogenic diet is fat loss.  It’s important to note that any kind of diet comes with risks and people who live with disordered eating really should consult a professional before embarking on any kind of restrictive regime.
