TH+ Expert Webinar with Yatna Ladwa: Feet as the foundation of health

The average person walks around 100,000 miles in their lifetime. Despite the fact our feet take us places, we’re all guilty of keeping them socked-up and out of mind. Yatna Ladwa from Elite Feet London wants to change that, in this expert webinar, she brings feet to the fore.

From keeping you mobile to taking you to your morning coffee, having healthy feet is instrumental to both your mental and physical wellbeing. Nevertheless, foot health is neglected as people focus on the other parts of their bodies that their feet provide the foundation for!

It’s thought that one-third of GP appointments for musculoskeletal problems relate to the foot and ankle, but foot problems don’t just cause structural issues. Corns, in-growing toenails and heel cracking, can lead to pain and immobility whilst poor circulation caused by chronic health conditions like diabetes mean numbness and even amputation!

So, although the 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 ligaments, muscles and tendons might seem daunting, we want to give you the information you need to keep your feet happy. That’s why we are so excited for you to watch this webinar with Yatna Ladwa, who has been working in both private practice and the NHS for over a decade, specialising in the link between feet and diabetes and nail surgery.

If you, like us, know your feet need some TLC - this is the webinar for you!

This webinar covers:

  • Why feet are the foundation for our health
  • How to look after your feet and prevent common feet problems
  • The connection between foot health and chronic health conditions
  • Top tips for maintaining good foot care
