mypsoriasis

"The program is great for informing people of a lot of very useful information with regards to psoriasis for people who do not know much about it. It is unbiased and easy to read so it is good for everyone of any age. The program gives a list of very useful organisations which can be contacted for people with psoriasis and other skin problems. It would be very good for carers to read if their clients have this condition. I would definitely recommend this program." Sharon (Oct 20)

Around 2% of the UK population lives with psoriasis - it's a really common issue. It's caused by the skin cells replacing more quickly than usual, resulting in patches of dry, red skin which is covered with silvery scales.

There's no cure but there are plenty of things you can do to manage flare-ups and increase your quality of life. Our 12-week mypsoriasis support programme has all the tips you need.

Every week, you'll receive one or two PDFs to download containing easy-to-digest, practical information. Everything has been written by talkhealth and medical experts.

Topics we cover include:

  • Types of psoriasis
  • Treatments and triggers
  • Questions to ask your GP
  • Self-managing psoriasis
  • Patient stories
