This is a valuable support programme which gives practical advice, I found it very useful to have people I could ask if I had a problem who could help me.

Would recommend this to any woman going through menopause.

The mymenopause support programme is just so useful and I am sure that it will be of help to any woman who has worries or questions. The information is easy to understand and it is presented in a thoughtful way which is never patronising. I would recommend that you look here first if you have anything you want to know.

The programme was very useful understanding what you were going through, how to cope with what you were going through, what you can use to help with moods hot flushes and sleeping. How to find the best for your symptoms and how to cope with anxiety. it was well worth it and helped alot and answered my questions.

It's a good place to be if you need advice on how to go through menopause even though sometimes you don't know what you're doing this program can help you normalize your situation and help you to go through it at your own pace and listening to your body helps. Leaning to relax and take things as they come.

mymenopause is a great support to anyone either going through or near the age of menopause.  The information is very easy to read and take out the relevant things to you.  Would recommend to anyone.  The nutrient information and exercise I found relevant to me.

My ex GP dismissed my symptoms as peri menopause and left me suffering with sweats and heavy bleeding. After advice by talkhealth and changing GP I got advice, investigations and treatment which has improved my quality of life. I have also discovered a fantastic herbal medicine called Shatavari which had stopped my hot flushes and helped my insomnia.

Lots of really good information in an easy to read and understand format. The different aspects of things that go on before, during and after menopause are broken down into smaller units making it easier to read and understand. The week by week installments are easy to save so you have future references to look back in time and again to help you through the menopause. These programmes are really useful and provide lots of information that you might not have even thought about that could occur to your body before, during and after the menopause. The fact that the information is given week by week makes it easier to fit the time in to read through what's been sent out that week. I have always found the support programmes really useful and would highly recommend others to give them a go.

Over the last year and a half I have been experiencing some ailments and I didn't realise why but after reading the talkhealth menopause program I have identified a lot of things like my down moods now and again when I'm normally a cheery person also the hot flushes and disturbed sleep which was unusual as I sleep very well.

I would recommend this programme to anyone who is either going through or will be going through the menopause. Each week you get a different topic on how to manage pain to what is the best medication for you to take. It is a really helpful and useful support programme.

An in depth read, providing you with all the basic help, and lots more information, about what to expect and how to cope during this natural but difficult stage of life. It covers everything that can happen to your body, including things you didn't know about. This can offer peace of mind by making you realise its all part of the menopause, and not other serious health issues. Despite going through it myself at a young age, and thinking I knew most things about what to expect and do, I still found a few things new and helpful.

This was a great help, it covered everything I needed without having to go and see my Dr. It also meant I could go back and reread the info just in case I did not understand it the first time.
