  • Different types of hair loss
  • Treatment options
  • Psychological impacts

I was feeling a bit embarrassed about how thin my hair was becoming and how much seemed to come out especially when blow drying. I decided to join your hair loss programme as a means of gaining information and eventually confidence to tackle any problems. I found much, but not all, information relevant to me and was helped enormously. I now use a special shampoo for sensitive scalp and dry my hair on a warm setting. I also don’t wash my hair as often as I did. I would recommend the hair loss programme to anyone who suffers and needs help.

Found it interesting and informative.  Not all parts of the programme were relevant to me personally, but it helped to know I wasn't the only one suffering from the condition.  The programme confirmed what the health professionals had told me and has made me more prepared for the time when I may have to accept I need a wig.

This was a great weekly support programme, received by email although you're also able to access the materials afterwards which is really useful. Great collaborations with various charities and leading professionals too.

Staight talking, very informative, simple language, easy to understand, relevant, gave unbiased viewpoints but so much information that you couldn't find elsewhere. Great.

Very good, but it seems that most of the time, in my case, there in not much that can be done as it is part of the menopause and ageing.

The hair loss programme was very helpful to me. It told me about different causes of hair loss that I hadn't thought of before but most of all it made me realise I wasn't on my own and there were lots of people in a similar or even worse condition than me out there.

The programme was informative and helped me immensely with my traction alopecia problem.  Would definitely recommend the programme to anyone concerned about hair loss.

I found it interesting but didn't feel that I gained much more insight than I already had (I have previously put a lot of effort into finding out about my hair loss problems).

Pam (Apr 19) 4.0/5

It was very comforting to read about other peoples hair loss and things to try. Also to learn about the various charities and companies /websites to get information.

It was very helpful in managing hair loss.

A very informative programme that helped me find some new tips on how to deal with hair loss, what to look for in hair products, and I also understand better the psychological effects it has on people, me included. Thank you very much for this programme!

Very informative programme given in bite sized pieces. This programme is particularly helpful if you suffer from partial baldness and provides links to further articles and additional reading.

The myhairloss programme provided useful weekly info-bytes on a wide range of hairloss related subjects. Even as a hair transplant surgeon, I found them interesting and informative.
