4.7/5

Mydryskin programme pulls together resources, remote access to experts and a support network of people with lives experiences. Flexible and there when you need it, this resource complements self care as well as professional specialist referrals if required. It's another useful tool for the patient and NHS toolkit.

This was a great overview of the types of dry skin condition plus some really handy hints and tips on how to manage different conditions. The one that stood out for me was actually very simple - apply emollients even when my skin is OK! It was also good to hear stories from others and what works for them, and to feel less alone in managing my skin condition. For those with mild to moderate conditions this programme would avoid the need to go to a medic, as the information was all there with links to other sources for a deeper dive if needed.

I found new cream for my dry skun which is very good for winter time. Now I planning to by it if I get problems with my skin. I used it on my face, so not sure how it works on other body like hands or legs.

I found the mydryskin support programme very useful, it gave me really good advice and tips on looking after my skin. I was given information and places to go to find more about my skin condition, I felt I was not alone, that people cared and I was not a freak!  The only thing that could have been better was more samples of skin care to try and find the right product for me.

I suffer from dry skin because of the pustular psoriasis, I have followed both the mypsoriasis and mydryskin programmes. The info gathered from both programmes have complimented each other and helped me to deal with the condition.

The Mydryskin support programme was very useful in terms of the advice given by the team. The information given about allergy and triggers was also extremely useful in helping me avoid certain things. It also helped me change the way I deal with my dry skin which included tips on hygiene. The advice given on the types of creams and emollients was also very useful, especially as there are so many available on the market. Over all I would recommend the mydryskin support programme to any one with a skin issue.

It has been wonderful to realise that you are not on your own when suffering from dry skin. I have really enjoyed learning about other people's tips and tricks.

Very helpful for people living with all dry skin conditions and easy to use. I found that I could browse and find out what was going on with my skin when it suddenly changed from its normal state and gain the knowledge I needed to get it back.

I found this very useful in helping me understand what creams and lotions to use and how to understand what triggers outbreaks.
