I really appreciate the time that I have spent to improve my knowledge about my dry skin condition and how to maintain a good skincare in the future if I'm still dealing with this concern. Thank you to my talkHealth for this programme and for all the information that I have received, it really matters to me!

This programme is an excellent way to make patients learn how to deal with their skin condition. From how to avoid the triggers, through how to learn to live with the condition until how and with what to treat it, everything is covered. I'm very happy I was part of this programme.

I found the variety of topics really helpful and even included stuff I didn’t think about, that hadn’t actually crossed my mind like triggers and charities that could help. I search a few up and looked into a little bit further. I have definitely seen an improvement and found it really helpful. I highly recommend a programme by talkhealth and wish this was something the doctors should give out!

Dry skin has been a problem with me since my early teens and I have suffered with it ever since. Visits to doctors only seemed to increase the problem and over time, greatly affected my confidence and self esteem. This support programme has not only really helped me emotionally but also helped me through the practical tips and help. Look at what you eat, how your clothes are washed and what kind of emollients you use. All in all, a fantastic support programme and long may it continue. Thank you so much !!!
