relationship between kidney and over reactive bladder

Although I have been treated for BPH for many years it is now questioned if I have an over reactive bladder particularly at night. Input/output results over 3 days were inconclusive I also hae hypertension and AF. One particular medication is Amlodipine one of the side effects being increased micturation.

Am i in a vicious circle or is the real culprit my BPH?

It sounds like you may have secondary overactive bladder from a big
Prostate causing some storage symptoms.
Might be worth trying some tamsulosin or vesomni medicine to try and help things.
