Hayfever

Hi,

I am suffering from hayfever particularly early this year. My question is how effective are homeopathic remedies?

I am reluctant to take any medication as a lot of them make me drowsy. I have been looking in to getting bee pollen capsules - how effective are they?

Thanks!

Re: Hayfever

Hi simonmat

Homeopathic remedies are not available on the NHS and I cannot answer to their veracity.

If the antihistamines make you drowsy you might consider a nasal spray as an alternative to oral medication which would be efficacious.
