My daughter gets really bad skin it bleeds when she has citric or citrus acid could it be an allergic reaction

Hi Pj

It would depend if it happens reproducibly for example, or if she has eczematous skin that was being very irritated by contact with the acids in the citrus fruit.

So my answer is a bit on the fence - it may or may not be an allergy depending on the circumstances.
