itching

once ive settled down for the evening i start to get itchy. I also get little itchy spots too. The come up on their own [not in a rash] and itch till they drive me mad and i scratch them raw. after a week or so they go.

If this is new, I would arrange to see your doctor.

There are many causes of itching, some which come from the inside and some from the outside. Your doctor will need to take a full history and look at the spots. They may need to do some blood tests or give you different creams.
