What are the best drugs or natural remedies for psoriatic arthritis?

There are many drugs available and a lack of head to head trials.
If DMARDS need to be started, it is common to use Methotrexate as it also helps the skin psoriasis.
Other drugs which are used can include Leflunomide, sulphasalasine. Newer drugs if the DMARDS fail include the biologics.
Your Rheumatologist will guide you.
