Hi I have suffered with an overactive bladder for over 10 yrs and my gp has given me solifenscin but the problem is just getting worse sometimes i cant get to the loo and i end up wetting myself please help

Sorry to hear your symptoms haven't got better with the solifenacin. Just double-checking but have you had your urine checked to exclude any signs of blood or infection? If you have and it's all clear then you could trial an alternative medication, of which there are many and your GP could trial one of these. You should make sure you don't drink too much caffeine or fizzy drinks too. See your GP for further help as there are many things that can be done to improve your symptoms.
