My girlfriend's journey in lowering allergy symptoms

Hello, my name is Radu and me and my girlfriend Mihaela moved to the UK about 5 years ago. Mihaela she's allergic to a lot of things, mostly to pollen, grass and dust, in the first 2 years she only had moderate symptoms of the allergy in the last 3 years she went back to having bad symptoms runny nose itchy eyes sneezing and so on. Last year my dad was trying to tell us that there is an alternative and we didn't go for it until last week when symtomps went from bad to worse, actually so bad that under her nose appeared "cold sores". Today is a 3rd consecutive day without any symptom whatsoever and I know it is very early to consider if this natural treatment is the cause of it or just purely coincidence.
