Weird condition on my scalp.

Every now and again, mostly after standing up or washing my scalp, I’ll get a “hair standing on end” feeling on my scalp and these white patches appear for about 5-10secs before disappearing.

Has anyone saw this before, my doctor said they couldn’t find anything but as you can see from the photo it shows the white patches.

It could be from shaving as you said every now and then. Work on shaving a different way. Shave differently if you can. At least its every now and then.
