OAB

I have had OAB syndrome for a year. My main symptom is constantly wanting to pee and this is not improved by urinating. I have no idea when I actually need to go to the loo so just go on a time basis. I can sometimes last for hours but then have a slight leakage. I’ve seen my GP and two specialists. The first specialist told me there were drugs available but they would all make me very unwell and there was no other useful treatment He said the outlook was bleak. The second specialist prescribed Betmiga which did indeed make me very ill. I have not been given any advice concerning diet, bladder training or any other procedures. I have put myself on a very restricted diet excluding alcohol caffeine tomatoes citrus. My symptoms have not improved and I’m very depressed.
