Agreed the Euroflex are fantastic!

Hi Adam, yes waterproof pants can be a pain! The best I have found are made by Gary but only come in white and other colours. They have very wide elastic at the waist and legs and are extremely comfortable overnight as well as during the day, they also have forward facing legs which helps with the fit. Unfortunately, they can be a little bit on the expensive side but are available through most medical/continence outlets.

Here in Wales the continence service only provides two types of pad and one type of disposable nappy, and they are prone to leaks so for me a good pair of pants are essential.
