how to improve your mental health?
Many of us have a serious issue with mental health. Stress, excess workflow, shift work, and sleeplessness are the main reason for the rise of problems with mental health. Generally, we divert ourselves with other interesting works to improve our mental health.
A recent study shows that the maximum number of people who have severe mental health issues uses Kratom to get rid of it. There are various Kratom strains available. It helps in eliminating depression, increased mental clarity, and reducing stress.

Re: how to improve your mental health?
Nice to read this post. Apart from your solution, I want to add one thing, to improve mental health we need to live happily. For that, we can spend more time with family, friends. We can be more active with our hobby or passion. Do regular yoga, go for a trip - these will also improve mental health.

Hello, I would like to add one point, Meditation also plays a vital role in improving mental health. It helps in reducing stress. It can help us to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety, all factors that can prevent us from feeling happy. Personally, Meditation has helped me a lot.

I do agree with MollieRhodes' message, meditation helped my mental health and stress.
Some meditation programs use binaural beats to help stress, as well as linking the left and right hemispheres of the brain. For example, I used LifeFlow program by Project Meditation. It consists of some audio tracks that bring certain pulses in the brain: alpha, theta, and delta rhythms, resulting in deep meditation. It helps to better release some vital health hormones. Although I and my mother used only the beginning track, it worked well for us. After 20-30 mins of listening you are relaxed and feel better.
There are many other options as well. You can always practice conscious meditation and sit with your eyes closed, focusing on your breathing. Or you can do the same by listening to calm music such as Gregorian chorals with their unique rhythms and vibrations.
New England Journal of Medicine says you must meditate for 12-15 minutes at a time to get the health effects you need. It's not that long. It is not about its duration, but about its regularity.

Well, try to speak less, engage yourself to multiple task, , such as writing, gaming, sports activities. Don't attend those gathering, where mostly discuss unnecessary discussion, such as talking about someone personal life, or against someone.

Re: how to improve your mental health?
I help my mental health by having a structured routine: going to bed at the same time every night. Getting up every morning at the same time. Having dinner at the same time: you get the gist.
I also socialize with people [within reason because of lockdown]. I telephone friends, I talk about how I'm feeling with family, I see the doctor regularly [again not recently because of lockdown]. I just look after myself. As for meditation: I don't really know how to meditate. But I do have a nap in the day sometimes, which clears my head and keeps my mind sane. I try to stay fairly even, mood-wise.
Looking after myself and my mental health is very important to me. I really make the effort to stay sane and stay normal, whilst still being honest with myself about how I'm feeling.

Regular exercise can boost your self-esteem and can help you concentrate, sleep, and feel better. Exercise keeps the brain and your other vital organs healthy, and is also a significant benefit towards improving your mental health

Re: how to improve your mental health?
To be honest, I can't sit down and relax: at all. I can never clear my mind by sitting still. This is frustrating because I know how to be calm. But I bounce around: I cannot sit still. And when I do try to sit still, I feel negative energy consume me rather than positive energy consuming me.
HOWEVER, I have found that feeling white light is soothing and puts me to sleep at night. But - in the day - my mind is active. My mind won't let meditation work. I am NOT knocking anyone's mental health practices: this is just my experience.
I do find yoga helps, funnily enough. Reading books clears my mind, too. In fact, I find reading therapeutic. I would advise anyone read a book if they want to calm their mind. As for my mental health: I just try to stay normal and do normal things without stressing myself out and being emotionally kind to myself.
