Post accident scars

hello,
I had an accident 5 months ago. Ever since I got a light, big and face-like scar above my eye. Does anyone know how can I improve this? Will it improve? Thank you so much.

Hi robertaltman10,

Thanks for your post. Why not take a look at our support programmes; the wound support programme may be of particular interest to you; take a look herehttp://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/psp/mywound.php. The support you would receive is provides 19 weeks of dedicated information, sent to you by email in bite-size chunks. Each week you will receive either a PDF for you to download / print OR a video to view containing practical information written by talkhealth and medical and professional experts.

We also recently ran an ask the expert clinic on skin conditions and wound scaaring was mentioned in that clinic here https://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/f ... php?f=1200

Hope this helps, but obviously if it still causing you concern, do not hesitate to get in touch with your GP

I do not know if scars heal, sometimes they do and sometimes they do not.
