Drink Some Water Before the meals

Drinking enough water can have various advantages.

It can boost the number of calories you consume.

Two examinations note that it can expand digestion by 24–30% more than 1–1.5 hours. This can add up to 96 extra calories consumed if you drink 8.4 cups (2 liters) of water every day

The ideal time to drink it is before suppers. One examination demonstrated that bringing down 2.1 cups (500 ml) of water 30 minutes before every supper expanded weight reduction by 44%

Re: Drink Some Water Before the meals

I drank 10 to 16 ounces of water 30 minutes before every meal for like three weeks and it helps me to lose a couple of pounds.

I always thought drinking lots of water helped the digestive system. Because water has just minerals and no vitamins or fats, etc. What i mean is water boosts the digestive system and causes the system to digest more effectively. I suppose our bodies hold more than 90% water.
