As it is said health is wealth, so on this belief I have joined this forum to talk about health and wellness with the people in this forum. I would like to learn what people from different parts of the world do to keep fit, stay healthy and sharp.
I know this is an older post but had to offer my opinion here. I have a combination plan that involves regular exercise and quality nutrition. I take a jog every morning with weight training in the afternoon. The most important part of my regimen is the Nutrition. I do my very best to eat whole foods and supplement my diet with vitamins that maximize absorption rates.
