Horrible abdominal pain, no doctor will help me
Hello. Apologies in advice, my english isn't excellent, I'm from a latin american country. At the time I'm writing this, I've been dealing by now with 3 full years of a horrible, indescriptable abdominal pain that has been actively ruining my life. It has reached the point where I'm about to fully give up. I'm only 22 years old. It is a rare sympthom that attacks me randomly, generally once every 2 o 3 months, altough lately it has been far more common, mostly at nights, altough I've had to deal with it in the afternoons too a couple of times. It would be somewhat fine if that was it, but the thing is, the pain never actually fully stops. It just becomes this weird sensation of pressure all around the pitch of my stomach and its surroundings. 24/7, that's all I feel, all the time, this incredibly distracting pressure, like having something inside of me. And then, when the attacks come, it becomes unbearable pain.
There is a lot to talk about this. And I mean a lot. It has been 3 full years of constant visits to the doctor's office, and I can't possibly summarize everything that has been said to me in all this time, since that would take a lot. All I can say is that not a single one of the medicines or diets that I've been doing have worked. More than a week ago, I got a surgery, removal of my vesicule due to gallstones. I tought that was it, maybe the gallstones where creating the issue, the sympthoms that I looked up on the internet were very similar so I was hopeful. Well, It has been 9 days by now. Not only do I feel the same, I feel worse. Far, far worse. The abdominal pain that before was just a random attack at random moments of the year, is now there ALL the time. Always present, and it is driving me insane. I can't deal with this anymore. Its too much. Is this normal due to the surgery? Why hasn't it stopped after such a long time? If anything it seems to get worse by the day. I don't know what to do, who to talk to about this, I don't know any professional in my city. The medical system in this country is terrible and you have to wait months to be able to talk to a doctor. Has anyone got any ideas of what this could possibly be?
Besides that issue I got so much many too. Troath mucus for 2 years now, back pains, chronic fatigue. None of them have been solved. But this is too much. This pain is too much and I just want to know what is even causing it.

Continuously see your primary care physician in the event that your aggravation is unexplained, tireless or extreme, or on the other hand assuming you have been harmed or are pregnant. Additionally, see your primary care physician assuming that your stomach torment is joined by any of these side effects: Persevering fever. Steady queasiness or heaving.
