What Medicare supplemental insurance coverage do I need with Medicare if I travel in and out of the US frequently?

Due to my business schedule, I require frequent travel to Canada. Is there a supplemental program that helps me with this? I travel almost every 7-10 days, and I tend to have weak immune because I work 14 hours a day
