Hi, if you actually have an infection caused by bacteria in your bladder then you will need some antibiotics to clear it.

What symptoms do you have at the moment? What makes you think you have an infection?

Hello
I agree with Dr Helen, active infection needs treatment with antibiotics. Of course drinking slightly more fluids (2L of water in 24hrs) during active infection is advised as well.
