I've had acne since I was 13, went on Accutane twice and it kept coming back. I've tried everything! Literally every cream, oil, tablet, masks... And the only thing that worked was Zinc capsules. I take double the recommended dose a day and Vitamin A capsules too.
Obviously I keep washing my face morning and night and if I get a random breakout I put some tee tree essential oil on it. That is the only thing that has helped me. I am so so happy I discovered this. Hope it works for you too.
