Hello everyone,

We are looking for women aged 18 and over to take part in a new clinical study, funded by the NHS, to see if a tablet called spironolactone can help improve acne in women.

Spironolactone is a non-antibiotic tablet that is widely used to treat other conditions like high blood pressure. It is sometimes used for acne as it has hormonal effects, which are thought to help. But, there is very little proof it works. The SAFA study (Spironolactone for Adult Female Acne) will find out if spironolactone really does help acne in women.

You can find out more about the study on our website: http://www.southampton.ac.uk/safa

Best wishes,
The SAFA team

But natural treatment is more safe for acne issues rather than this antibiotic tablet may be your tablet is safe and good for acne problems i hope your product is good and effective. But we can also try home remedies to cure acne problems.
