Symptom Management
Some symptoms disappear with rest yet others don't. What would be recommended to reduce pins and needles experienced in the feet and felt most when laying down at night? They can be so severe it feels as though the feet are burning?

Re: Symptom Management
ME/CFS can cause a variety of sensory disturbances - often in the arms and/or legs. These include areas of increased or decreased sensation, increased sensitivity to painful stimuli and paraesthesiae (= abnormal sensations like pins and needles).
But these sort of strange sensory symptoms can also occur in a number of other medical, cardiovascular and neurological illnesses
So you need to discuss this symptom with your GP, who may want to arrange some investigations, or even refer you to a neurologist if there are other neurological signs or symptoms present
There are drugs available that can sometimes help to reduce these abnormal sensations - once it has been decided that they are probably related to your ME/CFS
