Flax seed egg substitute

Ingredients

1 Tbsp ground flax seed
3 Tbsp water



Instructions

Grind flax seed in a coffee grinder (or any other blending machine) until flax is very fine.
In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon of flax seed, and 3 tablespoons of water. Let sit.
Use as an egg substitute in cookies, cakes, breads and an other recipe you would like.
It replaces one egg in a recipe.
