Experiences of Counselling Survey

I’m currently carrying out my Masters dissertation, investigating client experiences of counselling with the aim of improving services. If you have ever received counselling, it would be much appreciated if you could complete the following survey:

The questionnaire asks for some information about you and your experience of counselling. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. All data collected will be anonymous and confidential.
