Baby having a hard time!
Hello,
I'm wondering if someone can help, I'm at my wits end! My baby was diagosed with severe eczema when he was 3 1/2 months old (He is now 5 months old) since then it's been non stop! The main problem seems to be when he wants to sleep or nap, he wants to self soothe by rubbing his face and head which obviously I can't let him do so he screams the place down. We keep on top of his creams and we are using the 1% on him twice a day but it doesn't seem to help. I feel like a straigh jacket, nothing I do seems to calm him and he won't settle any other way. I need him to sleep! He wakes up every 30 minutes in the night because he starts scratching his face and I can't stop him.
Someone please help. I know he wants to sleep he obviously can't and I think it's the eczema keeping him up.

Hi SaraaAcaa,
Sorry to hear about your little one and his eczema. Have you seen our FREE eczema child support programme?
https://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/support/eczema
Also, you may want to check out one of our client's 'chuckling goat' where they explain the likely cause of eczema and how you can fix it when nothing has worked topically:

We hope you find this helpful.
Kind regards
