Unknown skin condition

Hello there,

Thank you for your picture and post. Could you tell me a little more information please in order for me to gain a full picture of the skin health?

Where else does it occur anywhere else on the scalp, body, hands or feet - or is it just in the small patch shown on the neck?

How does it feel? Is it itchy, painful, crusty...?

Have you any ideas yourself about what it could be? Do you have any concerns over the skin?

Finally, what products do you use on it when it flares up, if any at all?
