I am a 20 year old male. I am in good health with a BMI that is normal and no underlying health conditions.
I have had sex 8-10 times with a 3 different people and each time I have been unable to finish. On a few occasions I have been drinking but on some occasions I haven’t been drinking. I have been able to hide this fact because I use a condom and know how I “should finish” i.e. heavier breathing and slowing down. However the last time I had sex I went soft after about 10 minutes.
I feel like this affected my partners confidence and it did dent my confidemce.

What should I do?

I had these problems when I was younger - I am in my forties now - and it all boils down to anxiety. Maybe, you have just not met the right sexual partner yet, one who feel comfortable with. When you feel most relaxed and completely comfortable with right partner, things will 'come' naturally I'm sure!
