Can wheat bloat you
I joined talkhealht to talk to people in the weight forum but saw this forum going on. When I eat wheat or past I feel really bloated. Is this normal or could I have an allergy to wheat? Just wondering if I were to leave it out of my diet whether it would make me feel less bloated and help with weight loss? thank you. JB

Re: Can wheat bloat you
some people report this with wheat but at worse this may be an intolerance or possibly coeliac disease (you can ask your doctor for a test for this). For wheat intoelrance, the only way to find out is to try cutting it out for a few weeks to see if things improve then reintroduce and see if your bloating returns.
