What other better ways you find to return to normal sleep ?

A proper night sleep is vital for our health. I am battling for sleep from couple of days. It might caused due to stress of work and irregular sleep schedule.
It likewise at some point triggers my anxiety issues, however fortunately taking sleeping pills helped me. I have begun breath exercise to deal with my panic attacks and it make me feel quite relaxed.
I am taking Ambien for getting a better sleep at night. What other better ways you find to return to normal sleep?

Taking mobile phones and tablets out of the bedroom can help some people. Also soft background music. And of course going to bed early and trying to rest before you try to sleep can help.

Take phones from rooms, or at least avoid the usage of phones for 1 hour before going to sleep. Eating early helps.
