Here are few tips to get rid of depressions
1. Get the enough amount of sleep, Atleast aim for 7 hours of sleep a night.
2. Doing regular 15 minutes of exercise a day can boost up your mind and body.
3. Eat a healthy diet which contains omega 3s, vitamins, nutrients which reduces depressions.
4. We can overcome any depressions by keeping ourself busy, by doing the activities which you love the most.
