Anxiety is becoming such a disease that many people are falling prey to it. People are unable to control their anxiety even after wanting to. There are also some such facts related to anxiety that need to be kept in mind:-

1. Anxiety also harms the body: - Although anxiety is a mental illness, it also gives pain to our body. During a panic attack, you may have trouble breathing due to anxiety. Apart from this, problems like headache, fatigue, and fast heart-beat can also occur due to anxiety.

2. Anxiety is becoming a common problem among people: - In America, about 10% of youth and 40% of adults have anxiety.

3. Very few people get treatment for this disease: - Despite the availability of treatment for anxiety, only 1 out of 3 adults and 1 out of 5 young people provide treatment for it.

4. Depression is caused by anxiety: - People who have anxiety problems can also be a victim of depression. If we talk about women and men, then anxiety causes more harm to women.

5. Anxiety can cause OCD: - Anxiety can also be the cause of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. In this disorder, people repeat a task over and over again.

6. Anxiety can be reduced by not eating fast food: - If you eat natural food like fruits, vegetables, etc. instead of fast food and avoid fried food then you can be able to control anxiety.

I hate anxiety. It ruins everything. You can't do normal things without fear. Anxiety is a curse and a trap. Severe anxiety is just as crippling as being in a wheelchair or having another disability. No one can see it, but it is there. You can't run away from anxiety, either.

It's a curse.
