Hey there.. First of all I would say is to be dedicated for your weight loss goal. Also, it is good that you are increasing protein intake. Body needs all macronutrients and you can make a chart to include them all.

One must add protein sources in your food such as tofu, eggs, spinach, fish, chicken, cheese, and more. It can be tricky to calculate it but you might want to watch your portion size in general with protein sources to have about 30% share.
