About 7 stone to lose

Hi - I'm JB - just found this forum and keen to try to lose weight. Not keen on joining the diet type sites as I know what I've got to do just need people to share the highs and lows. Also, don't necessarily want to follow a set diet - just trying to figure out the best way to exercise and eat less. JB

Just wanted to update you - since I last posted 3 weeks ago, I've lost 12 pounds! I'm delighted as you can imagine. Been walking every day and it's definately helped. I know I have a long way to go, but with a couple more pounds I will have lost a stone. Just got to keep going now. :D

Keep making the possitive life choices and it will continue.

Dont be a stranger come back and keep posting! It would be good to still be in contact in say 6months or more... :)

It's been slow going but I've lost another 2 pounds. So in total a stone. It feels physcologically good. I am struggling and after an initial quick loss it's been very slow to lose the 2 pounds.

I've been watching every diet and over weight show on the TV and picking up lots of tips. Still got a long way to go but if it takes me a couple of years I don't mind. It took me that amount of time to put it on!

Hey thats great that your are losing your weight. You can also go for water diet it is effective and easy way of weight loss. Eat fresh fruit and continue with your walking it definitely helps you.

Great to still hear from you. What weight are you at now. What are you doing exercise wise at the moment.

Eat high fiber and protein diet, it make you feel full for longer and good for loosing weight. Do exercise such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, its easy and much effective.
