This stuff works for me
1.Try Banana-Based Pancakes
2.Swap Jam for Fresh Fruit
3.Instead of pairing toast or bread with my morning omelet, I fill it with tons of vegetables and top it with salsa.
4.Get Proper Sleep
5.Instead of thinking about the fact that you're trying to eat fewer carbs, focus on how to add more veggies which are low in carbohydrates
6.When I'm in the mood for something creamy, I'll put peanut butter on celery or apple slices instead of bread, crackers or English muffins

Here are some measures that I took that worked for me:

1)Turn your breakfast sandwiches into open-face toast.
2)Or skip the toast entirely and make an avocado boat.
3)Reduce the amount of oats in your oatmeal with a sneaky little trick.
4)Scoop out the insides of your bagel.
5)Make flourless pancakes.
6)Or whip up some ham and egg "muffins".

Noodles. I eat a lot of spaghetti and noodles, and not so much of take out food nowadays.
