Drinking tea can loose weight?

I heard of that drink tea can loose weight, is it true? I have friend who is slim and no matter how many food she eating, she can not be fat. In addition, she never do some sport, just drink tea! And, The tea is normal tea.

If you want to take some health benefits from a tea you should try out taking green tea. I drink it every day :) It's high in antioxidants, polyphenols and can be very refreshing. The tea itself it simply less oxidised than common black tea. White tea is again is less oxidised than green tea and harvested earlier.

That being said I don't think it's amazing for weight loss and it's not a magical product which some products make it out to be. It's a great addition to a weight loss program (or any diet), especially when consumed every day, but it's not going to make you drop a few pounds - not in a short period of time anyway.

Give it a try, it's only cheap and it's a healthy habit to have :D

Green tea is a good choice. Another option is white tea. White tea curbes false hunger pangs. Also, it is popular among Chinese women for its anti aging properties as it is rich in anti oxidants and detoxes the body.

Green tea is the best for health and fitness.According to me that green tea is the best for the weight loss and fat loss of the body so most of the people like green tea.Green tea is the best solution for get good nutrition and good energy.

Hi dear you should be described about which type of Tea here is lot of Tea flavour .But You can Take Green Tea it's perfect. And Take more water, Juice .After you can see result.
