Massons haemangioma/intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia

Hello.
I asked some time ago and wonder if there are now any new treatments for Massons haemangioma/intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia?
Surgery seems the only option, particularly laser, however I feel the cure is worse than the condition.
Any advice on how to reduce or remove the Massons on my lower back would be VERY welcome.
