Alternatives to zorac gel

We were prescribed zorac gel a few years ago for our son, it produced fantastic results on the thicker skin around his joints (he has epidermolytic icthyosis) but it was discontinued and we haven't been able to find a good alternative - is there anything out there?

Re: Alternatives to zorac gel

Tazarotene which is the active ingredient of Zorac gel has been discontinued and withdrawn from the market in many countries. Unfortunately we don't have an alternative available.
