Prostate Cancer

I have intermediate prostate cancer (7 Gleeson). I know from the time my biopsies were done that my prostate size is 60mm x 50mm. I have had pain in my hands every time I urinate for about 4 years and now know why my urethra is being crushed and that reduces the flow, no idea why it hurts my hands. My question is "if the pain in my hands gets worse is it safe to say the cancer is getting worse too?" One more thing I can not have surgery as my many other comorbidities mean surgery is a definite death sentence for me. (David)
