sebacious cysts

I have a lot of small sebacious cysts on my forehead and a few on my face. At least that is what I assume they are. I've tried squeezing them to no effect. Is there anything I can do about my problem? Thank you

Thank you for your question. It sounds like acne. You need to see your gp or dermatologist to treat it.
