Bumpy skin

Hello.
Chin has had bumpy skin for decades, since adolescence. The tiny bumps aren't painful, but the skin isn't smooth, and doesn't really change over time. They're not regular pimples/acne/milia.
What is the cause? Is it some type of congestion?
I've noticed that other people sometimes get raised bump(s) on the face as they get older. Is this the same thing?
Many thanks for your help. :?:

Dear Lara,

Thank you for your question. It is likely to be some type of skin growths. You need to see a dermatologist for face to face consultation to identify them and sometimes it is helpful to have a skin biopsy (you can read more about skin biopsies here https://www.alexandroff.org.uk/).

I hope this is helpful.
With Best Wishes,
