Can you tell me how effective the Emsella Device is for stress incontinence please? (So called advanced medical device which looks like a chair, you sit on it fully clothed and it uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles).

I have no experience of this device and haven't seen any high quality research regarding it. The promotional literature suggested a 75% reduction in pad use but it is not recommended by any guideline that I am aware of.
